0.1％溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液治疗急性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察局部使用0.1％溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液治疗急性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的临床效果.方法 选择单眼急性CSC患者56例(56眼),其中治疗组28例患者局部使用0.1％溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液,对照组28例患者未使用药物治疗.比较两组患者基线和随访1、3、6个月时的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹厚度(CFT)及视网膜下液(SRF)最大高度.结果 治疗组随访1个月时的BCVA与基线相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),随访3、6个月时的BCVA均较基线有改善(均P＜0.05).对照组BCVA与基线相比差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05).两组患者随访1、3、6个月时的BCVA比较差异均无统计学意义(均P ＞0.05).治疗组随访1、3、6个月时的CFT、SRF最大高度均较基线下降(均P＜0.05).对照组随访1个月的CFT、SRF最大高度与基线相比差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05),随访3、6个月的CFT、SRF最大高度均较基线明显降低(均P＜0.05).治疗组随访1、3、6个月时的CFT和1、3个月的SRF最大高度均较对照组明显降低(均P＜0.05),但6个月时两组SRF最大高度比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).6个月时,治疗组有18眼的SRF完全吸收,对照组有9眼的SRF完全吸收,两组SRF完全吸收率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 局部使用0.1％溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液治疗急性CSC是有效的,为治疗此类疾病提供了一种选择.%Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 0.1％ bromfenac sodium hydrate eye drop in treatment of acute central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC).Methods Clinical data of 56 patients with CSC (56 eyes) were retrospectively analyzed,including 28 patients (28 eyes) treated with 0.1％ bromfenac sodium hydrate eye drops (treatment group) and another 28 patients (28 eyes) without treatment (control group).The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central foveal thickness(CFT),and subretinal fluid (SRF) maximum height were measured before and 1,3 and 6 months after treatment in two groups.Results In the treatment group,BCVA was improved at 3 and 6 months after treatment (all P＜0.05),while in the control group,the BCVA was not significantly improved at all time points,compared with baseline (all P ＞0.05).There was no significant difference in BCVA between two groups at all time points (all P ＞0.05).In the treatment group,CFT and SRF were decreased from baseline at 1,3 and 6 month (all P＜0.05),while in the control group,CFT and SRF were significantly decreased at 3 and 6 months (all P＜0.05).There were significant differences in CFT at all time points between two groups (all P＜0.05),while for SRF there was significant differences in 1 and 3 months after treatment (all P＜0.05),not in 6 months between two groups (P ＞0.05).At 6 month,SRF of 18 eyes in the treatment group and 9 eyes in the control group was completely absorbed (P＜0.05).Conclusion 0.1％ bromfenac sodium hydrate ophthalmic solution was effective in treating acute CSC.
