2ml注射器连接装置在腹水引流中的应用及护理

Objective]Discuss the 2ml injector linkage unit in drain -ascites-apply nursing .[Method] 90 cases advanced can-cer patients merge malignant ascites patients have done abdominal indwelling central venous catheter connect with 2ml injector to drain ascites .[Result]Without a case dizzy ,beflustered ,pale face ,cold sweat ,blood pressure to drop in the tube drainage ,Nor did it happen with weeping ,air leakage ,or coagulation tube detached .[Conclusion]Linkage unit with 2ml injector in the apply of drain-ascites ,not only ensured patient safety ,but also guarantee nursing quality ,andimprove nursing efficiency .%目的：探讨2ml注射器连接装置在腹水引流中的应用及护理。方法：对90例晚期恶性肿瘤合并癌性腹水的患者行腹腔留置深静脉导管连接一次性2ml注射器引流腹水。结果：在置管引流中，无一例发生头晕、心慌、面色苍白、出冷汗、血压下降等症状，亦未发生漏液、漏气或凝管、脱管等。结论：2ml注射器连接装置在腹水引流中的应用既保证了患者的安全，又保证了护理质量，提高了护理效率。
