浙江省灌溉用水统计名录样点灌区分析

摘要

基于农田灌溉水有效利用系数测算样点灌区的灌溉用水统计，样本选择的典型性和代表性对统计结果会产生一定的影响。在按照国家用水统计要求选取名录样点灌区的基础上，通过对灌区数量规模、灌溉面积和水量分布情况进行分析，表明纳入灌溉用水量统计的灌区代表性、均匀性相对较好，有一定的计量基础和实际可操作性，但总体上仍难以满足国家用水统计计量要求，通过增加灌区数量的方式基本不可行，需要结合浙江省南方灌区实际，制定适宜的灌溉用水监测计量和统计方案。%The typicality and representativeness of samples can have a certain influence on irrigation water usage statistics of sample irrigation areas based on effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water . Besides the fact that the listed sample areas are selected according to the requirements of national water statistics , the analysis on sample scale , sample irrigation area and water distribution situation suggests that the selected sample irrigation areas are relatively good at representativeness and uniformity , and are of a certain measurement basis and practical operability . However , they still cannot meet the requirement of national water statistical measurement .As it is not feasible to increase the amount of sample irrigation area ,we need to develop appropriate monitoring measurement and statistical plan of irrigation water considering the actual situation of irrigation areas in southern Zhejiang province .
