Aiming at sluggishness of oxygen content change due to OFA (Overfired air) throttle opening through traditional PID control and the limitation owing to failure of cooperation with actual load section of u-nits in air door opening adjustment, the paper proposes new control strategy for OFA throttle. Frequent oxygen content fluctuation due to traditional PID control is changed and oxygen content in economizer outlet is well controlled. Since the application of innovated control strategy, there is seldom overheat of main steam due to lack of oxygen in boilers;moreover, NOX emissions from the outlet is stable and can meet the requirements of environmental protection.%针对传统PID控制锅炉燃尽风门开度调节氧量的迟滞性,无法配合机组实际负荷区段灵活调整风门开度的局限性,提出了燃尽风门新的控制策略,改变了传统PID控制方式调节氧量波动频繁的状态,已达到较好的控制省煤器出口氧量目的。控制策略创新应用后,锅炉缺氧导致主汽超温现象明显减少,并且出口NOX排放量也较稳定且符合环保要求。
