主汽阀故障造成汽轮机单侧进汽的判断与分析

     

摘要

针对某600 MW机组在启动过程中出现的1号轴瓦温度偏高问题,对汽轮机进行转子汽流受力分析以及关阀、升负荷等一系列试验,检查分析后,判断出汽轮机的左侧进汽通流面积产生了变化,并据此判断对汽轮机左侧进汽通流区域有关阀门和管道等进行了检查,查明了导致1号轴瓦温度偏高的原因为1号高压主汽阀主阀蝶脱落,造成汽轮机单侧进汽。对主阀蝶脱落及相关问题进行了分析,并提供了运行建议。%Aiming at overheat of #1 bearing during startup of 600 MW units, the steam flow stress of rotor is analyzed, and test, check and analysis on valve shutdown and load rising are conducted, from which it is de-termined that inlet throughflow area at the left of steam turbine becomes changed. According to the judgment, the concerned valves and pipes at the left side of the turbine inlet throughflow area are inspected. It is found that overheat of #1 bearing is triggered by drop of main butterfly valve of #1 high-pressure main steam valve, which further causes unilateral admission. The paper analyzes main butterfly valve drop and relevant issues;besides, it puts forward suggestions on operation.
