引风机电动机轴承烧损故障原因分析

摘要

某引风机运行过程中发生了电动机轴承烧损故障，分析原因为增装的测温元件未使用绝缘底座，造成轴承通过测温元件保护外套与电动机外壳接地，在转子、机座、前后轴承等部件构成回路，产生轴电流，从而导致电动机轴承烧损。%Overburning of motor bearing happened in the operation of induced draft fan in a power plant. The reason is concluded by analysis that the added temperature measurer does not use insulating material, result-ing bearing earthing though protective sleeve of temperature measurer and motor casing. Therefore, a return circuit among rotor, the frame and the front and back bearings is formed and shaft current is produced, leading to overburning of motor bearings.
