中西医结合治疗Bennett骨折37例

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with open reduction and Kirschner needle internal fixation of ligamentum metacarpophalangeae and repair of articular capsule in the treatment of Bennett fracture. Methods From June 2012 to April 2018,37 cases of Bennett fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation of ligamentum metacarpophalangeae and repair of articular capsule. Results All the patients were followed up for 4-10 months with an average of 6 months.No infection,nonunion of fracture,rupture of Kirschner needle and other adverse complications occurred after operation. According to the evaluation standard of upper limb function of the Chinese Medical Association,25 cases were excellent,9 cases were good,and 3 cases were fair. The excellent and good rate was 91.9%. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with open reduction and Kirschner needle internal fixation for ligamentum metacarpophalangeae and repair of articular capsule is an effective and economical method for the treatment of Bennett fracture with satisfactory curative effect.%目的 分析中药结合切开复位克氏针内固定+腕掌关节韧带、关节囊修复术治疗Bennett骨折的临床疗效.方法 自2012年6月至2018年4月作者采用切开复位克氏针内固定术+腕掌关节韧带、关节囊修复术结合中药内服外用治疗Bennett骨折37例.结果 术后所有患者均获得随访,时间为4~10个月,平均6个月,术后未出现感染、骨折不愈合、克氏针断裂等不良并发症.按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定[1]:优25例,良9例,中3例.优良率为91.9%.结论 中药结合切开复位克氏针内固定术+腕掌关节韧带、关节囊修复术治疗Bennett骨折是一种有效、经济的方法,疗效满意.
