空心螺钉内固定治疗踝关节后踝骨折的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察空心螺钉内固定治疗踝关节后踝骨折的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2016年6月至2017年6月23例空心螺钉内固定治疗踝关节后踝骨折的临床资料,其中男4例,女19例;年龄18~70岁,平均年龄45.9岁.左侧5例、右侧18例,所有患者均为闭合性骨折,均于受伤后7~14d内肿胀消退后接受切开复位空心螺钉内固定治疗.结果 所有患者随访6~24个月,采用美国足踝协会评分标准对其恢复状况进行评价,无感染及骨不愈合等情况发生,所有患者均于术后3~6个月达到临床愈合标准,其关节功能恢复良好,美国足踝协会评分标准(AOFAS)达90分.结论 踝关节后踝骨折患者应行手术治疗,空心螺钉内固定治疗能够提供坚强内固定,适用于大多数后踝骨折患者,效果显著.%Objective To explore and analyze the treatment and efficacy evaluation of posterior ankle fracture. Methods A comprehensively analysis was performed on patients with internal fixation with hollow screw from June 2016 to June 2017,there were 4 males and 19 females,there were 5 case on the left and 18 case on the right.The average age ranged from 18 to 70,with an average age of 45.9.All patient with medical records were closed fracture .All of them were treated with open reduction hollow screw within 7 to 14 days after injury. Results Patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months after surgery,and the postoperative recovery status of all patients was assessed by the American ankle surgery association.All of them were free of infection and bone nonunion. All of them reached the standard of clinical healing after surgery,its function had recovered well,with the American ankle association scoring more than 90 points. Conclusion Patients with ankle fracture after ankle joint should be treated with surgery,hollow screws can provide strong internal fixation .It can be applied to most patients with Posterior Malleolar Fracture with significant effect.
