益气活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objetive To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue therapies on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). Methods A total of 53 CAG patients with syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis of IM and/or Dys as the research objects,the treatment time covered 24 weeks. Gastroscopes were reviewed after the course of treatment within 4 weeks,and then the changes of clinical symptoms,histopathology and c-14 expiratory Hp values were observed. Results The clinical symptoms, the atrophy of gastric mucosa and the C-14 Hp breath test demonstrated that the patients with treatment were obtained a good clinical effect,and without significant difference in intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia than before. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue therapies has good curative effect for the treatment of CAG patients with syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.%目的 探讨益气活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效.方法 选取53例诊断为气虚血瘀证的CAG伴IM 和/或Dys患者,予益气活血方治疗24周,治疗结束后于4周内复查胃镜,观察临床症状、组织病理学及14C呼气Hp数值的变化.结果 患者临床症状、胃黏膜萎缩及14C呼气Hp数值较前改善(P0.05).结论 益气活血方对气虚血瘀型的慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好临床疗效.
