中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘要

Objective To?study?the?clinical?effect?of?50?cases?of?chronic?heart?failure(CHF)treated?by?integrated?traditional?Chinese?and?Western?medicine.?Methods? 50?cases?of?CHF?were?selected?as?the?research?objects,which?accorded?to?the?2014?guidelines?for?heart?failure?in?China.?50?patients?were?randomly?divided?into?two?groups:Control?group(n=25)treated?with?routine?western?medicine?therapy,the?treatment?group(n=25)treated?with?routine?western?medicine?therapy?and?traditional?Chinese?medicine?therapy.?The?6-minute?walking?distance?experiment,the?quality?of?life?score?of?heart?failure?in?Minnesota,the?echocardiography?ejection?Fraction?and?the?NT-pro-BNP?were?detected?in?the?two?groups.?Results?(1)The?6-minute?walking?distance?experiment:the?6-minute?walking?distance?of?intervention?group?after?treatment?was?significantly?higher?than?that?before?treatment?and?control?group(P<0.05).(2)Quality?of?life?score?of?heart?failure?in?Minnesota:the?score?of?intervention?group?after?treatment?was?significantly?lower?than?that?of?the?control?group,the?difference?was?statistically?significant(P<0.05).?(3)heart?ultrasonic:The?LVEF?of?the?two?groups?were?significantly?higher?than?those?before?treatment(P<0.05).(4)Plasma?NT-proBNP:Ther?level?of?the?two?groups?were?significantly?lower?than?those?of?before?treatment(P<0.05),the?intervention?group?was?significantly?lower?than?the?control?group(P<0.05).?Conclusion? The?combined?treatment?of?traditional?Chinese?medicine?and?Western?medicine?significantly?improves?the?clinical?symptoms?and?cardiac?function?of?patients?with?heart?failure.%目的 探讨中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 根据2014?年中国心衰指南临床心衰标准,纳入慢性心衰患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组25例,采用常规西医治疗;干预组25例,采用常规西医治疗+中药辨证论治.检测6分钟步行距离实验、明尼苏达心衰生活质量生活评分、心超测定左室射血分数(LVEF)及血浆脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)相关指标.结果 (1)6分钟步行距离实验:治疗后干预组6分钟步行距离显著高于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)明尼苏达生活质量问卷(MLHFQ):治疗后干预组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(3)心脏超声:两组LVEF较治疗前均显著提高(P<0.05).(4)血浆NT-proBNP比较:两组治疗后均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),干预组较对照组显著下降(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗可明显改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状及心功能.
