Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes following suture anchor repair of spontaneous quadriceps tendon rupture in uremia patients. Methods From January 2008 to December 2017,9 uremia patients with spontaneous quadriceps tendon rupture were enrolled. All patients were treated by suture anchor,and blood loss,operation time,complications,follow-up time,recovery time,maximum knee flexion,patella height and IKDC score were recorded. Results All the operation was successfully performed. The mean operation time was(61.2±8.4)min per knee,the mean blood loss was(34.6±10.7)ml per knee,the mean follow-up time was(19.6±4.8)months,the mean recovery time was (10.1±2.7)months,the mean maximum knee flexion was(122.5±12.6)°,the mean patella height was(1.06±0.09),the mean IKDC score was(94.1±6.7). Fat liquefaction occurred in one patient and was cured by dressing change. Conclusion Suture anchor which shows great strength and uniformity of stress distribution is an effective method to cure spontaneous quadriceps tendon rupture in uremia patients%目的 探讨带线锚钉治疗尿毒症患者股四头肌腱自发性断裂的临床疗效.方法 自2008年1月至2017年12月尿毒症伴自发性股四头肌腱断裂的患者共9例,均以带线锚钉修复重建股四头肌腱,记录患者手术出血量、手术时间、并发症、随访时间、恢复时间、恢复后膝关节最大屈曲度、髌骨高度(Insall-Salvati法)以及膝关节IKDC评分.结果 所有患者手术顺利完成,手术时间平均(61.2±8.4)min/膝;手术出血量平均(34.6±10.7)ml/膝;随访时间平均(19.6±4.8)个月;自术后至恢复正常日常活动能力时间平均(10.1±2.7)个月;膝关节最大屈曲度平均(122.5±12.6)°;髌骨高度平均(1.06±0.09)cm;膝关节IKDC评分平均(94.1±6.7)分;1例患者术后切口发生脂肪液化,经换药后愈合.结论 带线锚钉强度高,应力分布均匀,能有效修复尿毒症患者股四头肌腱的自发性断裂.
