微生态制剂对小儿血液肿瘤化疗后肠道菌群失调的影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of probiotics on alteration of intestinal flora of pediatric blood cancer with chemotherapy. Methods 60 cases of patients with hematological tumor in our hospital from January 2005 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the study group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets on basis of control group. The changes of intestinal flora in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The enterobacter number in the control group after treatment had a significant increase,which in the study group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Bifidobacterium number in the control group after treatment was reduced significantly,which in the study group after treatment was significantly increased and higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Pseudomonas bacteria and fungi number after treatment in two groups of patients were significant increased(P<0.05),which in the study group increased significantly than the control group(P<0.05);the number of lactic acid bacteria after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);the B/E value of the two group after treatment was significantly improved when compared with before treatment(P<0.05),which in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference on the adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Probiotics can significantly improve the intestinal flora disorder phenomenon of children with blood tumor after chemotherapy and promote the prognosis.%目的 探讨微生态制剂对小儿血液肿瘤化疗后肠道菌群失调的影响.方法 选取2007年1月至2017年6月小儿血液肿瘤患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例.对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予微生态制剂双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片.观察并比较两组肠道菌群的变化情况.结果 对照组治疗后肠杆菌数量显著增加,而观察组治疗后肠杆菌数目显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后双歧杆菌数目显著减少,而观察组治疗后双歧杆菌数目显著增加且高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者假单胞菌和真菌数目治疗后显著增加(P<0.05),观察组增加幅度显著小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后乳酸菌数目显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后B/E值均比治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组B/E值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 微生态制剂可显著改善小儿血液肿瘤化疗后肠道菌群失调的现象,改善预后.
