温针灸结合肌肉能量技术治疗肱骨内上髁炎的疗效分析

         

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion combined with muscle energy technique on internal humeral epicondylitis. Methods 60 patients with internal humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(1:1 ratio),which from the department of acupuncture during August 2014 to July 2017. The treatment group accepted warming needle moxibustion and muscle energy technique,while the control group accepted warming needle moxibustion simply. The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Mayo Elbow Performance Score(MEPS)were compared before and after treatments and the efficacy of the two groups was assessed. Results The significant changes of VAS and MEPS in both groups were indicated compared to the baseline(P<0.01). VAS of the treatment group was significantly decreased than that of the control group(P<0.05),and MEPS of the treatment group was significantly increased than that of the control group(P<0.01). The curative and remarkably effective rate was 63.3% in treatment group and the total effective rate was 90%,which were superior to 36.7% and 66.7% in the control group(both P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion combined with muscle energy technique on internal humeral epicondylitis is superior to that of warming needle moxibustion simply,it can relieve pain faster and improve elbow function better, which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 观察温针灸联合肌肉能量技术治疗肱骨内上髁炎的效果.方法 选择2014年8月至2017年7月肱骨内上髁炎60例,随机分成观察组30例与对照组30例,观察组给予温针灸结合肌肉能量技术治疗,对照组给予传统温针灸疗法.治疗前和治疗结束后分别观察两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS),比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 治疗后两组患者VAS评分较治疗前显著下降、MEPS较治疗前显著上升(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05),MEPS明显提高(P<0.01).观察组愈显率63.3%,总有效率90.0%,均明显优于对照组36.7%和66.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 温针灸结合肌肉能量技术治疗肱骨内上髁炎疗效优于单纯温针灸,在缓解患者局部疼痛、改善肘关节功能方面具有明显优势,值得临床推广.
