Objective Explore modified Ono to improve rat abdominal heterotrophic heart transplant survival. Method 55 Wistar rats as a donor using modified Ono Method transplantation to the abdominal cavity of SD rats. Results 5 transplant model. Among of five died. Three died of heart failure after surgery,two died of pulmonary infection,the rest survived more than two months,no one died of postoperative bleeding. Conclusion Modified Ono Method reduce the model mortality,the results are reliable. Laid a solid foundation for further study of the heart transplant.% 目的探讨改良Ono方法提高大鼠腹腔心脏异位移植存活率。方法55只Wistar大鼠作为供体,采用改良的Ono方法吻合至SD大鼠腹腔。结果55只大鼠移植模型,死亡5只(3只死于术后心脏衰竭,2只死于术后肺部感染),其余均存活超过2个月,无一只死于术后出血。结论改良后的Ono方法可减少模型死亡率,成功率高,结果可靠,为进一步研究心脏移植奠定了基础。
