性激素与老年男性骨质疏松症的相关研究

摘要

Objectives To analyze the relationship between sex hormone(E2,TT,FT)and osteoporosis. Methods 61 female(≥65 years)were divided into osteoporosis group、osteopenia group and normal group.They were determined serum sex hormone、BMD and IMT. Compare the sex hormone among the three groups. Results On the basis of the BMD,we devided the people into osteoposis,osteopenia and normal .Comparing the sex hormone among the three groups,wefoumd the level of E2,TT,FT wasdecrement.And,E2 and FT had statistical significance in normal and osteoporosis,normal and osteopenia,but in osteoporosis and osteopenia hadn’t statistical significance.The level of TT hadn’t statistical significance. Conclusion Sex steroids,especially E2 and FT play an important role in osteoporosis in elderly men.%目的：测定血清性激素（雌二醇、睾酮、游离睾酮），分析性激素与男性骨质疏松的关系。方法随机选取年龄≥65岁男性患者61例，对其进行血清性激素检查及骨密度检测，将患者分为骨量正常、骨量减少、骨质疏松三组，比较性激素在不同人群中是否存在差异。结果雌二醇、睾酮、游离睾酮的水平在三组之间均呈递减趋势，且雌二醇、游离睾酮在骨质疏松组与其他两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），在骨量减少组与骨质疏松组比较差异无统计学意义，睾酮的水平在任何组间比较差异均无统计学意义。结论老年男性骨密度降低与性激素水平下降密切相关，而雌激素与游离睾酮的降低是影响老年男性原发性骨质疏松症的重要因素。
