辨证施护在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者中的应用及效果评价

摘要

Objective To investigate the nursing in the alteplase (rt-PA) application of intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated by intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase,as the research object, according to the different nursing methods were divided into observation group (43 cases)and control group (40 cases) in the observation Group on the basis of the routine care nursing. The changes of 7D NIHSS score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the use of Barthel index to evaluate the activities of daily living of patients was observed. Results The patients in the observation group 7d NIHSS score significantly lower than the control group,the Barthel index was significantly higher than the control group,there was statistical significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusions The alteplase (rt-PA) intravenous thrombolysis implementation of dialectical nursing of patients with acute cerebral infarction,can achieve good prognosis effect,worthy of promotion.%目的：探讨中医辨证施护在阿替普酶（rt-PA）静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者（83例）为观察对象，根据护理方法不同分为观察组（43例）和对照组（40例），观察组在常规护理的基础上实施辨证施护。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后7d的NIHSS评分变化，并采用Barthel指数评估患者日常生活活动能力的改变。结果观察组患者治疗后7d NIHSS评分明显低于对照组，Barthel指数明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对阿替普酶（rt-PA）静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者实施辨证施护，可取得良好的预后效果，值得推广研究。
