目的 观察复方大青颗粒的解热抗炎效果.方法 通过酵母液致大鼠发热模型,观察复方大青颗粒的退热作用;通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型和蛋清致大鼠足肿胀模型,观察复方大青颗粒的抗炎作用.结果 复方大青颗粒对酵母引起的大鼠体温增高有明显的抑制作用,对二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清引起大鼠足肿胀具有明显的抑制作用.结论 复方大青颗粒具有较好的解热抗炎作用,为其临床运用提供了确凿的实验依据.%Objective To observe the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of compound Daqing Granules. Methods The fever models were established in rats with high temperature induced by yeast.The inflammatory models were established in rats with auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and foot edema induced by fresh egg white. Results Compound Daqing Granules showed significant antipyretic activity in rats with high temperature induced by yeast.Compound Daqing Granules showed significant anti-inflammatory activity in rats with auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and foot edema induced by fresh egg white. Conclusion Compound Daqing Granules has notable antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
