目的 观察中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)的疗效.方法 144例RAU患者随机分为中药组、西药组、中西药组,各48例.中药组按照中医辨证分型给予中药汤剂治疗;西药组给予曲安奈德软膏、维生素B2片、葡萄糖酸锌颗粒、白芍总甙胶囊;中西药组给予中药汤剂结合西药(用药同西药组).各组于治疗前及治疗1周后评价疼痛积分及溃疡、充血面积,治疗1个月、3个月及随访至12个月后评价各组疗效.结果 治疗后各组患者的疼痛积分值明显下降(P<0.05),溃疡面积和充血面积缩小显著(P<0.05).中西药组和中药组1、3、12个月的临床总有效率优于西药组.结论 中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著,值得推广.%Objective To observe the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western therapy on recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods 144 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into three groups including traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Chinese -western medicine group,each group 48 cases. According to syndrome differentiation,all cases in the Chinese medicine group were treated with Chinese medicine decoction,meanwhile all patients in western medicine group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide,vitamin B2 piece,zinc gluconate particles and radix paeoniae alba total glucoside capsules together. The therapy for each patient in integrated Chinese and western medicine group combined all options in two groups above. Pain scores,ulcer area and congestion area were evaluated before and after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated after 1,3,12months also. Results Pain score dropped obviously(P<0.05) and ulcer area,congestion area apparently reduced (P<0.05).After treatment the effective rate of integrated Chinese -western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than that of western medicine group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated Chinese-western and traditional Chinese medicine therapy are beneficial to improving the symptoms of aphthous ulcer,such as mucosa ulcer and congestion.
