食物残渣致老年人肛门直肠嵌塞临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of food residue caused by senile patients with anorectal impaction on the diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods The clinical data of 19 cases of senile anorectal impaction analysis from October 1994 to June 2016,including the type,food impaction diagnosis and treatment methods and results. Results As soon as possible to remove the foreign body with anti infection, lubricating intestine and local treatment. All patients were cured. No recurrence was found after 2 weeks of follow-up. Conclusion The residue of food impaction caused by elderly patients with anorectal disease clinical symptom complex,can be associated with anorectal injury,should be timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment,the prognosis is good.%目的 分析食物残渣致老年患者肛门直肠嵌塞的临床表现,对其诊疗方法进行总结.方法 回顾性分析1994年10月至2016年月6月19例老年人肛门直肠嵌塞临床资料,包括食物残渣嵌塞的类型、诊断治疗方法及结果.结果 尽早取出异物,配合抗感染、润肠及局部处理.所有患者均治愈,随访2周未见复发,未见遗留并发症.结论 食物残渣嵌塞肛门直肠而引起临床症状的老年患者病情复杂多变,可伴有直肠肛管损伤,应及时诊断并进行适当的治疗,预后良好.
