带袢双纽扣钢板内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨带袢双纽扣钢板内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2013年2月至2015年2月48例NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折患者的临床资料.男31例,女17例;年龄20~64岁.左侧28例,右侧20例.均为闭合性损伤.均采用带袢双纽扣钢板内固定治疗.术后第2天开始行患肩关节被动功能锻炼,术后2周后开始行患肩关节主动功能锻炼;术后4~6周后去除三角巾悬吊,逐步开始参加日常活动.采用Neer肩关节功能评分标准评价肩关节功能.结果 本组48例患者均获得随访,按照Neer肩关节评分标准:优40例、良6例、可2例,优良率95.8%.结论 应用带袢双纽扣钢板内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折可以获得满意的疗效并能少并发症.%Objective To retrospectively analyze the functional and radiographic outcome of distal clavicle fractures(Neer type Ⅱ)treated with belt loops double button steel plate internal fixation. Methods 48 patients with Neer type Ⅱ distal clavicle fracture were treated surgically between February 2013 and February 2015.All were closed injury and adopted the belt loops double button plate internal fixation for treatment.The shoulder joint was permitted for passive functional exercise postoperative 2 weeks,the triangle towel was discontinued and the patient gradually participated in the daily activities. Data were collected and evaluated according to Neer Shoulder joint function score standard. Result All the 48 patients were followed up,according to the Neer Shoulder joint scored standard:40 cases were excellent,6 cases were good,2 cases were improved,the curative rate was 95.8%. Conclusion Belt loops double button plate internal fixation for treatment of Neer type Ⅱ clavicle fractures can obtain satisfactory curative effect and less complications.
