目的 观察消痤饮联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效.方法 将确诊的120例中重度痤疮患者随机分成观察组、对照1组、对照2组,每组各40例.观察组予中药消痤饮加减联合异维A酸治疗,对照1组单纯予西药异维A酸治疗,对照2组单纯予中药消痤饮加减治疗.以上患者连续治疗8周后观察疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为80%,对照1组总有效率为55%,对照2组总有效率为57.5%;观察组疗效明显优于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),对照1组与对照2组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 消痤饮联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮疗效显著,值得推广.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating moderate and severe acne with combination of Xiao Cuo Yin and 13-cis-retinoic acid. Methods 120 patients with moderate and severe acne were randomly divided into 3 groups,40 cases in treatment group treated with Xiao Cuo Yin and 13-cis-retinoic acid,40 cases in control group 1 treated with 13-cis-retinoic acid and 40 cases in control group 2 treated with Xiao Cuo Yin. These patients were observed the effect after continuously treatment for 8 weeks. Results The total effective rates of treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 were 80%,50%,57.5%.There was a significant difference between treatment group and control group 1,control group 2,and no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2. Conclusion The combination of Xiao Cuo Yin and 13-cis-retinoic acid has a significant curative effect on moderate and severe acne.
