深度水解蛋白配方对住院早产儿生长影响的观察

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of extensive hydrolyzed formula milk(eHF)on the growth of preterm infants in hospital. MethodsThe gestational age of neonates admitted to our hospital from July 1,2013 to June 31,2015 was≤34 weeks.The study group was divided into two groups:the observation group(the whole process of Extensive hydrolyzed formula milk feeding during hospitalization)and the control group (the whole process of prescribing feeding during hospitalization)in preterm infants with birth weight<2000g. Monitoring growth and development, blood biochemical indicators and disease morbidity.ResultsThe incidence of jaundice was signifi cantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). In the observation group,the incidence of feeding intolerance(FI)and nosocomial infection were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). In the observation group,the rate of growth,recovery to birth weight,total enteral feeding time,hospitalization time, prealbumin value,incidence of EUGR,necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)There was no signifi cant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Compared with the formula of premature infants,the effects of extensive hydrolyzed formula milk feeding on physical growth and nutritional reserve of in-hospital premature infants are not signifi cantly different,but the incidence of feeding intolerance in premature infants is reduced and the duration of jaundice is shortened, which Helps to improve immunity in premature infants.%目的：观察深度水解蛋白配方（eHF）对住院早产儿生长的影响。方法2013年7月1日至2015年6月31日胎龄≤34周且出生体重<2000g的早产儿随机分为2组，观察组171例（予深度水解蛋白配方喂养）、对照组175例（予早产儿配方喂养）。监测生长发育指标、血生化指标和疾病发病率。结果观察组黄疸消退时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组喂养不耐受（FI）发生率、院内感染发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）；而观察组在体格增长速率、恢复至出生体重时间、达全肠道喂养时间、住院时间、出院时前白蛋白值、EUGR发生率、坏死性小肠结肠炎（NEC）发生率等方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论与早产儿配方相比，给予深度水解蛋白配方喂养对住院早产儿的体格生长、营养储备的影响无明显差异，但可降低早产儿喂养不耐受的发生率，缩短黄疸持续时间，可能有助于改善早产儿免疫力。
