应用大内径一次性注射针对减轻口腔局部注射疼痛疗效观察

摘要

Objectives To evaluate the effectiveness of a larger-bore compared with a standard-bore dental local anesthetic needle of the same gauge in reducing pain during inferior alveolar block injection(IA) and long buccal infi ltration injection(LB).MethodsA split-mouth,double-blind,randomized clinical trial design was used. Both sides of the mouth received IA and LB injections,one using the 27-gauge large-bore Septoject XL needle and the other using a 27-gauge standard-bore Septoject needle. Patients rated the pain experienced with each method using a visual analogue scale(VAS).ResultsThe data were analyzed with a paired t test(a=0.05). No signifi cant difference was found between the IA(P=0.70) or LB injections(P=0.73).ConclusionsThe use of a larger-bore 27-gauge needle does not reduce pain on injection compared with the standard-bore 27-gauge needle.%目的：比较口腔内两个不同区域进行局部麻醉时，分别应用大内径注射针和常规内径注射针对注射疼痛的影响。方法对20例需拔除双侧下颌第三磨牙的门诊患者采用双盲、随机化的左右半口对照，左右两侧分别进行下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉（IA）和颊长神经浸润麻醉（LB）。观察组使用一次性大内径注射针（Septoject XL），对照组为使用一次性常规注射针（Septoject）。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）对注射时疼痛进行评分。结果无论是在IA位点，还是LB位点，使用Septoject XL注射针和Septoject注射针，疼痛视觉模拟评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论使用大内径注射针对局部麻醉注射疼痛无明显改善作用。
