综述了1,2,4-三氮唑衍生物中三氮唑结构单元的各种合成方法，从取代基位置和合成路径方面重点总结了直接烷基化法、酰肼法、肼法和伯胺法，简单介绍了胍、脲、脒方法及各种方法的优缺点。%The synthetic methods of triazole structural in 1,2,4- triazole derivative were reviewed. Con-necting with the position of substitute and synthetic route, this paper summed up direct alkylation method, hydrazine method and primary amine method. The amidine method, urea method and guanidine method were introduced, as well as their advantage and shortcoming.
