电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定镍精矿中钙镁铝锌铬铅锰

         

摘要

The inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method is established for determination of calcium,magnesium,aluminum,zinc,chromium,lead and manganese in nickel ore concentrate with high aluminum content.The sample is melted by the mixed flux of anhydrous sodium carbonate and sodium peroxide,leaching and acidification of sample is done by hydrochloric acid.The inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method is used for determination on the content of seven elements in the test solution under the selected measurement condition.Under the optimal test conditions,The measuring range of calcium,magnesium,aluminum,zinc,chromium,lead and manganese separately is 0.50% ~ 2.50%,0.50% ~2.50%,0.50% ~ 10.00%,0.005% ~ 1.00%,0.005% ~ 1.00%,0.005% ~ 1.00%,0.005% ~ 1.00%.The precision degree test results show,the relative standard deviation (RSD)of the testing results of each element in sample is less than 7%.%建立了铝含量高的镍精矿中钙、镁、铝、锌、铬、铅和锰7种元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定方法.样品用无水碳酸钠和过氧化钠混合熔剂熔融,盐酸浸取、酸化.在选定的测量条件下,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定试液中7种元素含量.在最佳实验条件下,钙、镁、铝、锌、铬、铅和锰测定范围分别为0.50%~2.50%,0.50% ~2.50%,0.50% ~ 10.00%,0.005%~1.00%,0.005%~1.00%,0.005% ~1.00%,0.005%~1.00%.精密度试验结果表明,样品中各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7%.
