近似无死区逆变器开关控制及特性分析

         

摘要

针对逆变器的死区补偿问题,研究了一种无电流传感器近似无死区逆变器开关控制方法。与传统逆变器死区补偿方法相比,该方法只需在逆变器输出电流正负跳变时加入固定的死区脉冲,减小了死区脉冲个数,从而减小死区的影响。分析了本文研究的死区补偿方法的基波和低次谐波特性,指出减小死区时间可消弱死区及低次谐波对逆变器输出电压的影响。仿真及实验结果不仅验证了本文研究内容的有效性,而且还表明该死区处理方法可适用于单次频率域和谐波域。%In this paper, a new method for the control of inverter with no current sensor is studied in this paper. Compared with the traditional method of inverter dead time compensation, the proposed method only needs to add a ifxed dead time pulse to the output current of the inverter, which can greatly reduce the number of dead time, so as to reduce the inlfuence of the dead time. In order to reduce the cost of the system, this paper μses a simple analog circuit to distinguish the positive and negative moment of the inverter output current. In addition, it analyzed the fundamental compensation method of this paper and low harmonic characteristics, pointed out that reducing the dead time can weaken the inlfuence the dead time and the low harmonics of the inverter output voltage. The simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed method, and show that the method can be applied to the single frequency domain.
