摘要

The current purification and detection methods of tobacco-specific nitrosamines （TSNAs）in tobacco and tobacco products were reviewed and compared,indicating that the detection of TSNAs using Liquid Chromatography-Mass spectrometry-Mass spectrometry （LC-MS-MS） is the future direction of development.%对目前烟草及烟草制品中烟草特有亚硝胺（TSNAs）的分离纯化和测试方法进行了综述和对比,认为使用液相色谱-质谱-质谱（LC-MS-MS）联用技术测试TSNAs是今后的发展趋势。
