黄河下游典型城市水生态文明评价

摘要

This paper built water ecological civilization evaluation index system from four aspects of water resources development and utilization, water ecological environment protection,water landscape construction and water management,and established matter-element extension evaluation model of water ecological civilization based on entropy weight by adopting extension theory. Using this model,this paper evaluated the water ecolog-ical civilization degree of Binzhou City urban area,which shows that the water ecological civilization degree is high.%从水资源开发利用、水生态环境保护、水景观营造和水管理保障4方面，构建了水生态文明评价指标体系，并引入可拓理论，建立了基于熵权的水生态文明可拓评价模型，对滨州市城区水生态文明程度进行了评价，结果显示滨州市城区水生态文明程度较高。
