花园口引黄闸拆除重建闸底板高程论证

         

摘要

The channel of the lower Yellow River has been scoured since the sand and water regulation operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir, the channel of Huayuankou reach which is northward moving has been incised obvious.The water diversion ability of the culverts and sluice gates in Huayuankou is far less than its design diversion discharge.It is necessary to reduce the elevation of the sluice bottom to match the water requirements.On the basis of organizing the hydrological data from Huayuankou Hydrological Station, analyzing the scour prediction results of the lower Yellow River stem from the "Comprehensive Planning of the Yellow River ( 2012-2030 )"and "Proposal of Guxian Hydro-Junction", it ensured the channel scour rate of the reach in Huayuankou and the design water diversion level.Comprehensive considering the water diversion requirement and the operating requirements of Huayuankou pump, it confirmed the calculated cases and the boundary conditions of water profile.It formulated various widths of sluice, using the computational formula recommended by "Sluice Gate Design Standard"to calculate conveyance capacity of sluice, plotted the water profile of sluice system and determined the elevation of the sluice bottom which could meet the boundary conditions of upstream and downstream.%随着小浪底水库的调水调沙运用,黄河下游河床冲刷下切,花园口引黄闸闸址处河道主河槽下切明显并北移,引黄闸实际引水能力远小于设计引水流量,需降低闸底板高程才能满足引水要求. 整理2001—2013年花园口站水情资料,综合分析《黄河流域综合规划(2012—2030年)》《黄河古贤水利枢纽项目建议书》中的黄河下游冲刷预测成果,确定花园口引黄闸闸址处河道冲刷速率及拆除重建新闸设计引水位. 考虑花园口闸引水需求及闸后泵站使用要求,确定新闸引水体系水面线推求计算工况与上下游边界条件. 拟定不同闸孔宽度,采用《水闸设计规范》推荐公式计算闸室过流能力,绘制新闸引水体系水面线,确定能够满足上下游边界条件的新闸闸底板高程为86.79 m(闸孔净宽2.5 m).
