小浪底水利枢纽发供电设备运行实践

     

摘要

Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project is equipped with 6 francis hydroelectric generating units. Rated output of each unit is 300 MW. The project is linked to Henan backbone network by seven 220 kV power lines. The turbine unit has characteristics of wide head range ( 68-141 m) and high solid content during flood season. The units have been running well since the first unit was put into operation, but some problems have affected the unit operation. With the increase of the operational time, some factors restricting the unit stable operation occurred. Having a series of site analysis, study and test with the manufacturers and scientific research institution, the problems were solved well. At the same time, some new technologies were applied on the important generating and transmission equipments, such as the generators and main transformers, to monitor their operation status on⁃line. With the monitoring data, the operators could know the equipment state in real time and provide decision basis of condition based maintenance( CBM preventive maintenance) of the equipments. Up to August 31st, 2016, the generating and transmission equipments have operated safely for 3 846 days and generated on⁃grid energy for 90.39 billions kW·h.%小浪底水利枢纽水轮发电机组具有水头变幅大、汛期过机含沙量大等特点。自首台机组投运以来,运行情况总体良好,随着运行时间的延长和运行方式的改变,出现了部分制约机组稳定运行的因素。通过与制造厂商和科研单位共同努力,进行了一系列现场分析研究和试验,较好地解决了上述问题。同时,通过采用新技术,对重要的发供电设备(如发电机、主变压器等)进行在线监测,实时掌握设备状态,为发供电设备检修(预防性检修)提供决策依据。
