搅拌桩防渗墙的安全运行寿命试验研究

     

摘要

Under the certain amount of cement mixing and penetration conditions, starting from mixing pile cut⁃off wall dissolution tests, using the relationship between CaO dissolution rate and the wall between durability as research subject, the main factors of durability of impact on mixing pile cutoff wall were analyzed. By its mechanical strength and penetration deformation of argument, it given the safe operation of life assessment calculation method of mixing pile cutoff wall and the evaluation of the estimation method was reasonable. Conclusions show that 0.3 m thick diaphragm wall, under 2 MPa head action, the safe operating life is 40 to 50 years, the durability meets the design requirements; CaO dissolution rate of mixing pile cutoff wall has great influence to the strength and permeability, when CaO dissolution rate reaches to 30%, the compressive strength will be reduced by half and when the dissolution rate exceeds 30%, the wall will probably be destroyed.%在一定的水泥掺入量及渗透水头作用条件下,从搅拌桩防渗墙的溶蚀试验入手,将CaO的溶蚀率与墙体耐久性之间的关系作为研究对象,对影响搅拌桩防渗墙耐久性的主要因素进行了分析。通过对其力学强度和渗透变形的影响论证,给出了搅拌桩防渗墙的安全运行寿命评估计算方法,评估结果证明该方法是合理的。结论表明,0.3 m厚的防渗墙在2 MPa水头作用下,安全运行寿命为40~50 a,其耐久性符合设计要求;CaO的溶蚀率对搅拌桩防渗墙的强度和渗透性有很大影响,CaO的溶蚀率达到30%时,抗压强度将折半,溶蚀率超过30%时,墙体可能遭到破坏。
