浅谈枕头坝一级水电站计算机监控系统网络设计

             

摘要

To make sure the network design of monitoring system of new-built station can meet the overall requirements of secondary security and protection of power system, the structural principles and functions of the control system are analyzed, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of generating units of the station. With the case of the computer monitoring system of Zhen-touba I Hydropower Station, the paper presents its network structure, the communication way with the superior dispatching, data connection between upper computer and lower computer, as well as the communication mode for LCU and other intelligent devices and auxiliary control system. Furthermore, the programming requirements of common and emergency shutdown processes as well as the requests for automatic devices of power station are also studied preliminarily.%为使新建电站监控系统网络的设计能够满足电力系统“二次安防”的总体设计要求,从而保证电站发电机组的安全稳定运行,对水电站计算机监控系统的结构原理及功能等展开了分析研究。以枕头坝一级水电站的计算机监控系统为样板,详细阐述了电站计算机监控系统的网络结构、与上级调度之间的通讯方式、上位机与下位机之间的数据联系、机组LCU与其他智能设备和辅助系统的通讯方式,并对机组开停机流程和事故停机流程的编制要求,以及对电站自动化设备方面的要求开展了初步探讨分析。
