为做好枕头坝一级水电站建设环境保护工作，结合工程实际，积极开展了工程建设环保工作管理模式的探讨工作。通过探索，成立了以公司工程处、环境监理等单位组成的环保水保管理中心，督促各参建单位成立了环保水保领导小组，并与相关单位一起制定了多项环增保护管理制度。在组织与制度落实的基础上，公司通过例会、现场检查、落实奖惩制度、积极开展宣传教育等措施，有效减缓了工程建设对环境破坏的影响，保障了工程建设的顺利进行。%In order to do well in environment protection of the construction of Zhentouba I Hydropower Station, Dadu River Hy-dropower Development Co. , Ltd. actively carried out research and discussion on management mode of environment protection work in the construction according to practical condition. Through exploration, the company established environment protection center composed by engineering department, environment supervision company etc. , supervised and urged the construction de-partment to establish leading group of environment protection, worked out a series of environment protection management system together with all construction units. In the organization and implement, the company adopted the measures of regular meeting, in-site check, rewards and punishment institution, publicity and education etc. , which had effectively mitigated the impact of construction on environment and guaranteed smooth construction of the project.
