静磁栅行程检测装置在兴隆航电枢纽中的应用

摘要

The displacement detection device is a hydraulic metal structure widely used in hydro-junction. It is a key testing device in the hoist and its measurement precision, working stability and reliability and anti-interference ability are closely relat-ed to the operation safety of gate and hoist. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of large scaled hydro-junction, the new magnetostatic gate displacement detection device with high precision, safety, reliability and ability to resist harsh environment was developed. The indexes, working principle, structural layout and performance characteristics of the device were introduced, so were the operation effect of its application in Xinglong navigation-power junction.%行程检测装置是被广泛应用于水利枢纽中的水工金属结构设备，是启闭机上一种相当重要的关键性检测装置，其测量精度、工作的稳定性和可靠性以及抗干扰能力等，直接关系到闸门和启闭机的运行安全。为确保大型水利枢纽运行的安全性和可靠性，研制出了具有检测精度高、安全可靠以及抗恶劣工作环境能力强等许多良好特性的新型检测设备---静磁栅行程检测装置。介绍了静磁栅行程检测装置的各项参数指标、工作原理、结构布置与性能特点，以及其在兴隆水利枢纽实际工程中的运行状况和效果。
