水下穿舱连接技术在白鹤梁题刻保护中的应用

摘要

为使白鹤梁题刻保护体中的电器设备在水中更换方便，提出了一种不同于传统设计思路，可在水下更换的电缆穿舱连接装置。详细介绍了连接装置的结构原理、内外压力平衡机构，以及水下更换操作流程。水下可卸式电缆穿舱件在白鹤梁题刻文物保护工程中的成功应用，解决了在水下更换电缆穿舱件的技术难题，提高了水下设备的可维护性。%For realizing convenient maintenance and replacement of electrical equipments in the underwater museum of White Crane Ridge Inscription, we put forward a kind of removable cable penetration connection device that can be operated underwater and is different from traditional design thinking. The design principle of the connection device, pressure balance structure as well as the underwater operation process of replacement is introduced in detail. The successful application of removable cable penetra-tion connection device in White Crane Ridge Inscription cultural relics protection project greatly improves the maintainability of underwater electrical equipment.
