石港泵站泵装置优化设计与模型试验研究

         

摘要

拆建的石港泵站是淮河入江水道整治工程的主要建筑物之一,其主要任务是抽排宝应湖地区的涝水。根据泵站设计规范及给定的水位资料和土建控制尺寸范围,运用计算流体动力学方法,开展了进、出水流道优化设计,分析了石港泵站进出水流道的内部流态,预测了水泵装置性能,并进行了模型泵装置试验研究。优化设计结果与模型泵装置试验结果相比,在设计扬程和最大扬程下的装置效率预测相对误差很小,验证了数值优化方法的有效性和可靠性,可为类似泵站进出水流道设计和机组选型提供参考依据。%With the primary mission of water logging draining in Baoying Lake area, the re-built Shigang Pumping Station is one of the main hydraulic structures of Huaihe-Changjiang Waterway regulation project. According to the specifications for de-sign of pumping stations, the given water level data and the range of civil engineering controlling size, the method of computation-al fluid dynamics was used to conduct the optimal design of inlet and outlet passages. The internal flow patterns in the two passa-ges were analyzed to predict the hydraulic performances of the pumping device;furthermore, a test study on model pumping de-vice was carried out. It is indicated that, compared with the results of model pumping device test, the relative errors of pumping system efficiency prediction of optimal design under the designed lift and the maximum lift are smaller. The validity and reliability of numerical optimization method is verified.
