灌缝机在渠道衬砌面板嵌缝施工中的应用

摘要

A large number of expansion joints were designed in the main canal of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion, and manual caulking not only consume time and labor but also prolong the construction period. Through analysis, gap filling machine was adopted in the construction. This paper gives a detail introduction to machinery caulking constriction in Bid Section 8 of Yuzhou-Changge section, including machinery selection and improvement, construction technology, colloid connec-tion, sealant filling etc. The construction accumulates the experience for caulking construction in expansion joint treatment of large-type canal.%南水北调中线一期工程总干渠混凝土衬砌面板设置有大量伸缩缝，若采用人工嵌缝则耗时耗力，影响工期，经综合考虑后，决定选用机械施工的方式。详细介绍了嵌缝机在南水北调禹长段第八施工标段中的实际应用，包括机械选型及改进、施工工艺、胶体连接、密封胶填塞等，为今后大型渠道伸缩缝嵌缝施工积累了经验。
