弧形闸门启门力是启闭机的一项重要参数,对应于不同的闸门支铰位置,闸门开启过程中启门力过程曲线亦会不同。为解决弧形闸门支铰选定在什么位置才能使闸门启门力最小的问题,以弧形闸门倾斜角为变量(代表不同支铰位置),从0°~75°,每次递增5°,总共16种不同布置状况,分别计算启门力,并绘制启门力过程曲线进行比较。结果表明:当弧形闸门倾斜角为45°~55°时,启门力最小,且启门力过程曲线平滑,波动幅度小,适合选作支铰位置。详细介绍了分析过程,可供闸门设计参考。%Hoist force subject to different trunnion position is a significant parameter for hoist design, and the curve of hoist force would be different accordingly. For exploring the optimized trunnion position to reduce lifting force, a series of trial calcula-tions regarding the inclined angle of gate as a variable from 0°~75°with a increment of 5°(representing different trunnion posi-tion) were conducted to obtain the lifting force curve. It is illustrated that the minimum lifting force appears in the inclined angle range of 45°~55°, at the same time the lifting force curve is smooth with smaller fluctuation, representing the best trunnion posi-tion.
