The device (10) has a male element (32) engaged longitudinally in hole (28) of female element (24) from a longitudinal end of drum (26). The drum has longitudinal legs (44) delimiting partially the hole between them. Each of the legs has an end (46) connected to a flange (30) and a free end (48) opposed to the end. The element (32) moves longitudinally inside the hole between engagement and maintenance positions of the element (24) in orifices (16, 18), where the legs are close to each another and are separated from each other in the engagement and maintenance positions, respectively.
