溪洛渡电站机组主轴中心补气系统漏水监测

     

摘要

As the natural air admission device is employed in the shaft of Voith turbines in Xiluodu Hydropower Station, the installation elevation of air admission valve is lower than the tail water level. Water leakage may occur in the air admission system due to the turbines vibration, aging of shaft seal rings and other factors. When the water in the shaft reached a certain amount, the moment of inertia will increase and endangering the rotor insulation. Excessive water will flow into the stator and the rotor through the shaft, and consequently submerge the turbine unit. However, except for the observation hole preinstalled on the shaft, there is no other effective water leakage monitoring devices or methods. Therefore, a wireless water level alarm system for monitoring water leakage in the space between the shaft and the central air admission pipeline was designed to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the hydro-generator unit.%溪洛渡电站安装的由福伊特制造的水力机组,采用的是主轴中心自然补气装置,补气阀安装高程低于尾水位,这样,在运行过程中,可能由于机组振动以及密封圈老化等因素,致使主轴中心补气系统漏水风险。当主轴内蓄积一定量的水时,会增加转动惯量、危及转子绝缘,水量过多时还会通过中心体流入定子、转子,造成水淹机组的事故。因此,提出采用无线水位报警系统对主轴与中心补气管之间漏水进行监测,以保障机组安全、稳定运行。
