引江济汉工程施工监理质量控制体系及评价

摘要

According to the quality control condition at No. 2 supervision bidding section in the Project of Water Diversion from the Yangtze River to Hanjiang River, a assessment indicator system for engineering quality and the corresponding assessment threshold values are established by AHP method, and some sensitive indicators are analyzed such as the setting of supervision or-ganization, the establishment of quality control system and the quality control effect. Based on practical information, a compre-hensive assessment for the quality control condition is conducted. The following conclusions are arrived:the quality control work is assessed as excellence;the setting of supervision organization is assessed as relative good;the establishment of quality control system is assessed as excellence;an assessing result of excellence is given to the quality control system. The assessing results are basically in accordance with the practical results.%依据南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程施工监理二标质量控制与管理的实际情况，采用AHP方法建立了工程质量评价指标体系和评价阈值，分析了监理机构设置、质量控制体系建立与质量控制效果等敏感指标，并用实际资料对质量控制情况进行了综合评价。评价结论为：该工程质量控制综合评价为优良；监理机构设置评价为良好；质量控制体系建立评价为优良；质量控制效果评价为优良。评价结果与实际情况基本吻合。
