为充分利用电厂生产遗留的灰渣,考虑将其作为混凝土掺和料应用于水电工程建设中。首先对磨细灰渣的细度进行优选,然后通过试验对掺入磨细灰渣的碾压混凝土各项性能展开分析,涉及力学性能、变形、耐久性及热学性能等,并与掺普通粉煤灰的混凝土性能进行对比。分析表明,优选磨细灰渣满足掺和料的各项技术指标要求,应用于实际工程中不仅可减少工程投资,而且能节约堆渣场地,有利于环保。%In order to make full use of the power plant ash and slug, it is considered to use the power plant ash and slug as the concrete admixture in the construction of hydropower projects. In the tests, the fineness of ash and slug was firstly optimized, and then the properties of the roller compacted concrete mixed with fine ash and slug were analyzed, including the mechanical proper-ty, deformation, durability and thermal behavior etc, which was compared with the performance of the concrete mixed with nor-mal fly ash. The analysis results indicate that the optimized fine ash and slug can meet the requirements of various technical indi-cators of concrete admixture. In the practical engineering, the application of power plant ash and slug can reduce the construction cost and the slug disposal space, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
