基于疲劳分布的风电场有功控制策略

         

摘要

针对风电场现有的有功控制策略引起的场内各机组疲劳损伤不均匀问题,从风力机的疲劳载荷和疲劳寿命角度出发,借助于雨流循环计数法分析风电场疲劳分布与功率控制的关联,得到机组疲劳分布与运行参考功率的变化规律,从而建立了风电场疲劳优化方程。采用实质编码遗传算法,高效搜索优化方程的最优解。仿真结果表明,该方法在保证风电场有功出力实时跟踪调度机构给定值、且不损失发电量的前提下,改善了场内各机组疲劳的均匀性,延长了风电机组的使用寿命,降低了风电场的维护成本。%Aiming at the uneven fatigue damage of wind turbines mainly caused by active power dispatching approach of wind farm, from the perspectives of fatigue loads and fatigue life of wind turbine, the association of wind farm power control and fatigue distribution is analyzed with the rain flow circulation count method and the variation law of operational reference power and fatigue distribution is obtained, so the wind farm fatigue optimization equation is obtained. The optimal solution of optimization equation is searched efficiently with value coding genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed solution can improve the fatigue distribution, extend the service life of the wind turbines and reduce maintenance cost of wind farms in the premise that the active power could trace the given value of the commanding department in real time with no power generation loss.
