水电工程单台施工设备应急调度模型及算法研究

         

摘要

水电工程大多远离城市,施工应急救援常采用本地化救援方式,由于救援时间紧迫,如何利用施工场地内自有应急设备尽快对事故点进行应急救援是本地化救援的关键问题。单台施工设备的应急调度属于多应急救援点任务排序组合优化的经典 NP -hard 问题,也是其它领域应急调度的基本问题。通过构建1|chains|∑wj cj 调度模型,利用标准化方法确定各事故点的救援时间和距离的权重,将事故链分为可中断和不可中断两类情形,建立应急调度模型并给出有效算法,求解应急设备调度结果。工程实践表明,该方法对初始调度有较大改善,具有较合理的全局解。%Most of the hydropower projects are far away from cities, so the localized rescue is the most common mode of self-rescue. Since the self-rescue is urgent, how to rescue as soon as possible with emergency equipment in the construction site is a key problem. The emergency scheduling of single equipment is a classic NP-hard problem that involves an optimization of multiple rescue point and tasks, and also is the most basic problem of emergency scheduling in other sectors. A scheduling model is established, then the weight of rescue time and the distance of each accident spot are determined by standardized method. The accident chains are divided into non-interrupted ones and interrupted ones, the emergency scheduling model is established and an efficient algorithm is given to solve the model and obtain the results. The engineering example shows that this method can greatly improve the scheduling at initial stage and offer a more reasonable global solution.
