非经典抗精神病药物治疗老年痴呆患者精神症状的疗效及其安全性分析

目的：通过观察对照奥氮平和喹硫平这两种非经典抗精神病药物分别与多奈哌齐联合治疗老年痴呆患者精神症状的效果，分析其疗效，评估其治疗的安全性能。方法：选取100例有精神行为症状的老年痴呆患者，随机均分为两个治疗组，命名为甲组和乙组，甲组50例患者采取奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗，乙组患者采取喹硫平联合多奈哌齐治疗。研究开始时和结束时对所有患者进行简易的智力检查（MMSE）评分。治疗期间第2、4、6、8周均用痴呆病理行为评定表（BEHAVE- AD）减分率评价治疗效果，用副反应量表（TESS）记录不良药物反应。结果：两组患者治疗后MMSE评分明显比治疗前高出2分以上，两组患者治疗效果显著，尤其是第四周时症状有极大的改善。所有患者在药物治疗期间未出现不良反应。治疗有效率都在90.0%左右。结论：奥氮平和喹硫平这两种非经典抗精神病药物分别与多奈哌齐联合治疗老年痴呆患者精神症状疗效明显，安全性能高，能达到比较理想的治疗有效率，值得临床推广应用。%Objective: To observe the control olanzapine and quetiapine two non- classical antipsychotics were combined with donepezil treatment of psychiatric symptoms in Alzheimer's patients, the analysis of its efficacy, to assess the safety performance of their treatment. Methods:100 cases have behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia patients were randomly divided into two treat-ment groups, named for Group A and Group B, Group A 50 patients taking olanzapine combined with donepezil treatment, patients taking quetiapine B Ping joint donepezil treatment. And at the end for easy examination of intellectual start of the study all patients (MMSE) score. 2,4,6,8- week treatment period with dementia are pathological behavior rating scale (BEHAVE- AD) reduced rate to e-valuate the therapeutic effects, adverse drug reactions recorded with side effects scale (TESS). Results:The two groups of patients after treatment than before treatment MMSE score was significantly higher two points or more, the two groups were significant treatment ef-fect, especially when the fourth week of symptoms greatly improved. No adverse reactions occurred in all patients during drug treat-ment. Treatment efficiency is about 90.0%. Conclusion: olanzapine and quetiapine two non- classical antipsychotics respectively donepezil combination therapy in patients with psychiatric symptoms of Alzheimer's obvious effect, high safety performance, to achieve the ideal treatment efficiency, worthy of clinical application.
