经四种处理后的镍铬合金烤瓷冠在人工唾液中的镍、铬离子析出量的研究

ObjectiveTo understand nickel chromium ion precipitation in artificial saliva after the fourth treatment of nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crowns,.Methods1. 80 pieces of nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown were selected, 20 pieces were castfornickel-chromiumalloyporcelaincrown,20pieceswereagaincastfornickel-chromiumalloyporcelaincrown,20piecesforcasting which have been polished nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown, 20 teeth for casting which unpolished Nickel-chromium Alloy Porcelain fused to metal crown. In the artificial saliva, samples were taken out in a week, two weeks, three weeks, four weeks, then the amount of nickel, chromium ion were tested. 2. According to the method ofSchiff configuration artificial saliva, and the artificial saliva pH value was adujsted to 6.18.Results(1) One cast for nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown in each time period, chromium ion precipitation amount was compared with casting nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown for each time period in the nickel, the results were significantly different. 2) Grinding and polishing of nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown was compared with polished without polishing of nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown each time period, the results are significantly different, it has statistical significance. 3) The precipitation amount of nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown under four conditions were increasing.ConclusionCasting, after grinding polishing will affect the precipitation ofNi-Cr alloy porcelain crown nickel and chromium ion.%目的：了解镍铬合金烤瓷冠经四种处理后在人工唾液中析出的镍、铬离子的量。方法1.选择80颗镍铬合金烤瓷冠，20颗为一次铸造镍铬合金烤瓷冠，20颗为再次铸造镍铬合金烤瓷冠，20颗为铸造后外加打磨抛光的镍铬合金烤瓷冠，20颗为铸造后打磨未抛光镍铬合金烤瓷冠。分别侵泡在人工唾液中，样本分别在一、二、三、和四周后取出并测定各自所含铬离子、镍离子量。2.依据Schiff的方法配置人工唾液，并调节人工唾液的pH值为6.18。结果1）一次铸造镍铬合金烤瓷冠在每个时间段内镍、铬离子析出量与再次铸造镍铬合金烤瓷冠相比差异显著。2）每个时间段内，镍、铬离子析出量在打磨后未抛光镍铬合金烤瓷冠和打磨后抛光镍铬合金烤瓷冠间存在显著差异，结果有统计学意义。3）四种条件下的镍铬合金烤瓷冠镍铬合金析出量为递增趋势。结论镍铬合金烤瓷冠镍、铬离子析出量受打磨后是否抛光及铸造影响。
