乌昌地区马铃薯真菌性病害种类及5种新记录

摘要

[ Objective]To investigate and define the kinds and the pathogens of fungus disease of potato in the area of Urumqi and Changji of Xinjiang. [Method] To identify the kinds of fungus disease of potato with the morphological and pathogenicity characteristics . [ Result]9 kinds of fungus di8eases were defined : potato early blight , potato late blight, wilt of potato, dry rot of potato ,potato Oospora acid rot , Verticillium wilt of potato, potato Macrophomia blight, potato anthracnose, potato Rhizoctonia rot, . The last five kinds of diseases were new records in Xinjiang. [ Conclusion] The fungus diseases and kinds of pathogen of potato were proved through investigation which laid the foundation of prevention and control of the diseases.%[目的]初步调查新疆乌昌地区马铃薯真菌性病害的种类并鉴定病原种类,为病害防治奠定重要基础.[方法]通过形态特征及致病性测定,最终确定马铃薯真菌病害的种类.[结果]经鉴定共发现马铃薯真菌性病害有9种,即早疫病、晚疫病、枯萎病、干腐病、酸腐病、黄萎病、叶枯病、炭疽病和茎基腐病,其中后5种病害为新疆新记录.[结论]查清了马铃薯病害及病原种类,马铃薯早疫病、晚疫病和枯萎病在所调查区域都发生频率最高,且马铃薯黄萎病、叶枯病、炭疽病、茎基腐病和酸腐病等5种病害在新疆尚属新病害.
