喀什地区厚皮甜瓜品种资源遗传多样性分析

摘要

[Objective ] To prove theoretical foundation for the conservation and utilization of melon resources Kashgar by analysis of genetic diversity[ Method] The utility value of Melon Resources were evaluated based on resistance, growth period and fruit characters of 33 melon varieties .The genetic relationship and background among resources were analgzed based on SSR data. [ Result]Among 33 melon varieties, there were early - , mid - and late - maturing types: soft, crisp and semi - crisp fresh texture; deep orange, orange, white , green and light green fresh color; All of them show very nch appearance. deep genetic background and weak diseases resistance. [ Conclusion] Melon resources in Kashgar show rich genetic diversity ,a part of melon varieties have high utilization value .%[目的]通过遗传多样性分析,为喀什地区厚皮甜瓜品种资源的保护和利用提供理论依据.[方法]调查33个品种资源的抗病性、生育期以及果实品质,在此基础上评估品种的利用价值;基于SSR标记分析品种之间的亲缘关系和遗传背景.[结果]33个品种包含了早熟瓜旦类型、夏甜瓜类型和冬甜瓜品种类型,果肉质地有软、松脆、半脆等类型,肉色有深橘、浅橘、白、绿和浅绿等类型,外观多样,抗病性均差,遗传背景较深.[结论]喀什地区厚皮甜瓜品种资源遗传多样性丰富,特点鲜明,部分品种资源的利用价值很大.
