硅酮粉对EPDM硫化动力学影响的研究

         

摘要

The kinetics of silicone iflled ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) vulcanized by peroxide was studied by using of moving die rheometer(MDR2000), and furthermore the effect of silicone content on the kinetics was investigated to calculate the relevant kinetic parameters. The results indicate that silicone content has effect on the reaction kinetics in each vulcanization stage. In the earlier stage of vulcanization showing a ifrst-order reaction, the silicone content exerts a subtle effect on reaction rate constant, while in the later vulcanizing stage appearing non-ifrst-order reaction, the silicone content shows obvious inlfuence on reaction order and rate constant to a certain degree.%采用无转子硫化仪(MDR2000)研究了硅酮粉填充三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)过氧化物硫化体系的硫化动力学行为,并探讨了硅酮粉用量对该体系硫化动力学的影响,计算了硫化动力学参数。结果表明:硅酮粉用量对硫化反应各个阶段的反应动力学都有一定的影响。硫化阶段前期为一级反应(n=1),硅酮粉用量对反应速率常数影响甚微;硫化阶段后期的反应为非一级反应(n 1),硅酮粉用量对反应级数和速率常数都有一定程度的影响。
