Luperox F40S对EPDM硫化动力学的影响研究

         

摘要

In this paper,the vulcanization process of peroxide Luperox F40S vulcanizing ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)was studied by using of moving die rheometer,and the effect of Lu-perox F40S content on the kinetics was investigated to calculate the relevant kinetic parameters.The results indicated that with the increase in the amount of Luperox F40S,EPDM elastic torque increases,and optimum cure time is shortened;In the earlier stage of EPDM vulcanization showing a first-order reaction,with the increment of Luperox F40S,the reaction rate constant increases;while in the later vulcanizing stage appearing non-first-order reaction,the reaction is more complex,the Luperox F40S content shows obvious influence on reaction order and rate constant to a certain degree.%采用无转子硫化仪测定过氧化物Luperox F40S硫化三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的过程,并探讨了Luperox F40S用量对该体系硫化动力学的影响,计算了硫化动力学参数.结果表明,随着Luperox F40S用量增加,EPDM弹性扭矩变大,工艺正硫化时间缩短;EPDM 硫化阶段前期为一级反应(n=1),反应速率常数随着Luperox F40S用量增加而变大;硫化阶段后期为非一级反应(n≠1),反应较复杂,但Luperox F40S用量对反应级数和速率常数都有一定程度的影响.
